Meet Keegan
Life & Mental Coach for Teens
I hold an Honours Degree in Psychology, along with certifications in Life Coaching (CPD) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)(ICF, CCE).

I’ve spent the past three years helping hundreds of young people (ages 10–21) understand their thoughts, emotions and motivations to build confidence and mental strength that lasts. 

I’m deeply passionate about this work because, in my own teenage years, I missed out on a few big opportunities due to emotional immaturity. My goal is to help teens avoid that same struggle - to gain all necessary tools early and realize their full potential.
